Mauritius, the Grand Commander of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean, will present Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the highest honor. Additionally, he will serve as the Chief Guest during Mauritius’ National Day festivities. The first Indian to be awarded the honor is Mr. Modi. It is the 21st international honor that a foreign government has given Mr. Modi.
