Is the Indian language Paper compulsory for candidates hailing from the States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Sikkim?
The candidates from the States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Sikkim which are from the northeastern states are exempted from taking the compulsory Indian Language paper of hailing. To get availed from this exam, candidates are supposed to submit a few documents of proof while submitting their Detailed Application Form which should consist of a scanned copy of a document which states the status of hailing from the following state. Further, the certificate will be confirmed by the authorities and an exception will be provided.
