What are the category wise qualifying marks in a recruitment?

The category wise divisions for qualifying the marks in recruitment process of TSPSC is as follows: BCs 35%, OCs 40%, SCs 30%, PHs 30%and  STs is 30%. These are the minimum qualification marks according to rules of the officials and the people who have below the eligibility criteria can not apply for any posts.
