What information should be given by persons already in Government Service to their Head of Office?

A person who is in Government Service will get all the required documents of rules, regulations and duties which will consist of the instructions by which the job should be done. Any information or clarification of his job will be done by the higher authorities of the Head office. There will be a list of conditions which a Government Officer has to follow at all times and withstand its rules and regulations to continue their service in Government.
